If you want to try free diving, start by

Basic Freediver course.

Participants must have snorkeling experience.

This course teaches the basics of free diving, such as how to relax underwater and how to swim comfortably underwater.

You can participate even if you can't dive deep.

If you have never snorkeled before or are not familiar with snorkeling,

Take the PADI Advanced Snorkeler course .

If you have experience diving about 5m deep, you can start with the Freediver course. If you want to dive longer and more comfortably, or dive deeper, try the PADI Freediver course.

Those who want to challenge free diving over 16m. Those who want to acquire further free diving skills should participate in the advanced course. PADI Freediver qualification or equivalent level of other organizations are eligible to participate.

If you want to expand your potential, become a Master Freediver! You can also challenge yourself to deep diving at depths of 30m or more! After you are certified, you will be able to assist with courses.

This course is for those aiming to become a PADI Freediver Instructor.

Participants must be a PADI Master Freediver or have an equivalent qualification from another organization.

Participants must be licensed for free diving.

This includes skill development, skill review and form lessons. Classes can be held in the pool or ocean.
