Cancellation Policy
※ Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance, if possible.
Your booking will be confirmed once full payment is received no later than two weeks before the scheduled date.
Please note that bookings made on short notice may not be accepted.
Cancellation after confirmation (customer’s request):
Cancellations for personal reasons are subject to the following cancellation fee.
・ 14 to 7 days before, by 5:00 PM: 20%

6 to 3 days before, by 5:00 PM: 30%

2 days to 1 day before, by 5:00 PM: 50%
-
After 5:00 PM on the day before, or same-day cancellations: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your booking once only and free of charge, provided you contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
No changes can be made within 6 days of the reserved date.
Cancellations due to bad weather or sea conditions:
If we determine that the tour cannot be held due to bad weather or ocean conditions, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule on another date.
